    Initial Conversation

    A 30-minute call with Will. Confidential. We talk about your career so far, what's working, what isn't, and what you want the next 3 years to look like.

    Team Lunch

    If the first call clicks, you meet the team over lunch. No sales pitch — just real conversation with the people you'd be working alongside every day.

  3. 3

    Ride-Along Week

    Shadow a team member for a week. See how our systems actually run. This is the most important step — you'll know if it's right, and so will we.

  4. 4

    Decision & Onboarding

    If it's a fit, we handle your license transfer to eXp Realty and plug you into our onboarding program. First 90 days are intensive coaching and pipeline building.
