The builder history, as far as the record shows

One dated data point we can offer: Goodall Homes marketed a phase called "The Reserve at Cambridge Farms" in this neighborhood, with a company blog post dated March 13, 2012 advertising one- and two-level single-family homes from the $160s across seven floor plans (1,536–3,115 sq. ft.), and noting that phase was down to its final home sites at the time with a new section opening that spring. That's more than a decade old now, and we found no evidence Goodall is actively building in Cambridge Farms today — so treat it as neighborhood history, not a current builder relationship. Community references (Nashville MLS aggregator listings, current as of July 2026) point to a playground, tennis and basketball courts, walking trails, a catch-and-release fishing pond, and boat ramp access toward Old Hickory Lake. The HOA is Cambridge Farms HOA, Inc., managed through Associa, which collects dues by direct debit according to the association's own site; we did not find a published current dues figure.
