Built by Beazer Homes, it delivered 115 single-family homes on oversized homesites across a cottage-style collection and a larger signature collection. It sits directly across the street from Beazer's Whittmore community. As of June 2026 Lochridge is sold out — there are no new homes left to buy from the builder — but it remains a relevant address if you're shopping Nolensville new construction and want to understand what Beazer built here.
