What's actually been filed with the City of Fairview

We checked the City of Fairview's own New Residential Construction Project List, revised October 1, 2025 — the same master list the city maintains for every approved subdivision in town, tracking zoning, approved unit counts, and how many lots remain unbuilt. As of that October 2025 revision, Westhill does not appear on the list at all, alongside 26 other named projects that do (from long-established communities like Bellehaven and Cumberland Estates down to 2025 approvals like Wiley Circle).
